How plans and pricing work, buying one, and managing your profile and password.
Every account starts on a free plan with its own download allowance. Current tiers, prices and what each includes are listed under Pricing.
Prices are charged once, in advance — not a recurring subscription — and are not refundable pro rata. A plan you buy replaces whichever one you are on immediately; the old one stays in your history.
Choose a tier under Pricing and pay by card. The new plan is active immediately, and a confirmation shows the amount charged and the card it was charged to.
Under Plan, see your current plan, how many downloads you have left, and every plan you have held. The same allowance is also shown inline while you are building a layout, on the step where you download it.
Your name, company and a profile photo are editable under Profile. A photo can be a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 5 MB; it is resized down and stripped of metadata. Your email is fixed as your username and is not editable there.
Change your password under Settings, with your current password and a new one at least 8 characters long. Your email is your login identity and cannot be changed from either screen.
